In all situations where technical support is required, please look for relevant support documents and Knowledge-base articles on our support website (http://dfsolutions.helpserve.com).

In the event this does not help, your dealer should always be your next point of contact in providing assistance.

If you have tried the above and still need to contact DF Solutions, please submit a ticket via our Support Website. Please follow these instructions before-hand:

  1. Ensure your unit is upgraded to the latest version (Press Power, then 3 to access the Update Download page from within the TV interface).
  2. Once updated, please check to see if your problem still exhibits itself.
  3. Perform 'Send System Report' from within the Control Panel->View System Info settings screen.
  4. Submit a ticket, including the following information:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone Number
  • Dealer's name
  • Purchase date
  • A description of the problem, and detailed steps that allow you to recreate the problem. (Please be aware that if your problem relates to a specific album or movie, check to see that the issue is not just isolated to those specific files; in this case, re-importing may well rectify the situation).

Once we have received the ticket, we will investigate and contact you as soon as possible.
